Protein powders with the most protein per container
Container size claims like "5 lb" or "76 servings" do not tell you how much actual protein you are buying, because serving sizes and protein content per serving differ by product. This page ranks protein powders by total grams of protein per container — servings per container multiplied by protein per serving — so you can compare how much usable protein a tub actually holds before it runs out. A higher total does not automatically mean a better choice on its own: check calories and other nutrition figures per 25 grams of protein separately, since a larger container is not always the more nutritionally efficient way to get the same protein. Package sizes, formulations, and counts can change between production runs, so treat this as a snapshot from the most recent observed listing rather than a permanent spec.
Figures are calculated from the most recently reviewed label for each product. Compare on the full table to filter, sort, and add columns.
